Artilerijos taktika tyrinėja ir nustato artilerijos vienetų veiksmus bendrajame mūšyje: bendrųjų pajėgų vienetų artilerinės paramos būdus, ↑artilerijos kovos rikiuotę, ↑artilerijos taktines užduotis, ugnies ir padalinių manevrą, ↑artilerijos ugnies rūšis, ↑artilerijos ugnies uždavinius, pasirengimą mūšiui ir valdymą mūšyje, kovinę, techninę, užnugario paramą ir kt.
